Should We Eat More Bugs

More than a quarter of the world's population eats insects, and the rest of us have plenty of reasons to do the same. They're high in fat and protein, and they're less resource-intensive to raise, which is better for the environment. They could make for a tasty way to feed our growing planet—if you can get past the "yuck" factor.
